LOSTANDFOUND Management (IG: @lostandfound.mgmt) isn’t just another mother agency. It’s a signal fire for the misfits, the overlooked, the ones with angles too sharp for the soft-focus lens of the mainstream. Founded by someone who’s lived around and behind the lens, LOSTANDFOUND is a place where instinct trumps algorithm, and presence outweighs polish.

This agency was born out of a pattern: the most magnetic people often weren’t being seen, not properly. They weren’t fitting the spreadsheets of traditional casting, but they haunted the edges of rooms, photos, conversations. LOSTANDFOUND is here to give them a home. To raise them, not just represent them. It’s a mother agency in the truest sense: it nurtures, protects, and fiercely believes.

The Story Behind The Agency

We called it LOSTANDFOUND because that’s what it felt like. So many talents were adrift, young people with raw charisma but no road map, some who had been dismissed by bigger agencies because they didn’t tick boxes quickly enough. This agency became the place where they could stop being "almost" and start being seen.

Here, development means more than comp cards and runway training. It means voice, mindset, boundaries, selfhood. It’s less about the next shoot and more about the long game.

She wasn’t “a sure thing.” Not quite enough edge for editorial. Not commercial enough for shampoo. But she had a gaze that cut through a room like wire through paper.
